Mackie Spike Driver For Mac

[FONT=Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif] Hey,
Well, this is regarding a sound card called the Mackie Spike. Whenever I run what is called the 'XD2 ASIO WDM driver' the installation comes up saying that the installation is not adaquete to run with Vista, which is fair enough.
So I installed it onto an XP PC and got the AsioWdmDriver.DLL but I don't know how to install it, everytime I go into system32 and right click it I doesn't have the register or anything to it so I'm quite confused, is there anyway in Vista to register DLL's ?
Please Help!

First of all I'd like to thank everyone at tonymacx86 for all the tutorial and material available. I have just made my first hackintosh from scratch in something like 4 days . Almost everything is working right now, and the only big problem I got was solved by removing the GeForce.kext from /SYS/LIB/EXT/ (my GeForce 6600GT wasn't playing nice with OS X, I had a kernel panic in 10.6.2 and a blue screen hang in 10.6.3).
Right now I have a stable installation in 10.6.2. I do have a problem though: my Mackie Spike isn't working. I installed the driver that comes with it and replaced AppleUSBAudio.kext by the one in my Leopard Install DVD (that came with my macbook) and it does show up in System Profiler, but doesn't show up in the Audio panel in System Preferences nor in the hardware selector in GarageBand. It works perfectly in my MacBook though. Any ideas?
